1. The official report of each game shall be reviewed by the Rules Committee, with authority to discipline for official cautions and ejections as follows:
A. Red Cards are cumulative over A ONE YEAR PERIOD.A minimum one game suspension for any ejection, to be reviewed by Rules Committee in cases involving violent conduct, serious foul play, spitting and abusive language.Should any player be red carded two or more times within a One Year Period the following penalties apply:2 Red Cards:Add an additional one game to the suspension (Total of Two); 3 Red Cards:Add an additional two games to the suspension (Total of Three); 4 Red Cards:Suspension for remainder of season.
B. Red cards for ejection noted as violent conduct and defined as fighting, punching, striking, kicking, stomping, slapping, scratching, biting, choking, elbowing, head-butting, etc.: An additional minimum five (5) game suspension to be reviewed by Rules Committee;
C. Red cards for ejection involving referee assault:A Minimum of One Year Suspension which would be automatic.
D.YELLOW Cards/Cautions:For the accumulation of five cautions in a season a one game suspension shall be served.Yellow cards shall be disregarded once the corresponding suspension has been served.
FINE STRUCTURE:$100 for Referee Assault Ejection; $50 for Referee Abuse ejections; $50 for Violent Conduct red cards; $25 for all other ejections; $25 for accumulation of five yellow cards.
