2018-19 Season Team Fees

Team fees for Premier and Championship Divisions are $2,000 for returning teams and $2,200 for new teams.  Team fees for Divisions 1A through 4 are $1,900 for returning teams and $2,100 for new teams.  Team fees for both O30 and O40 are $2,000 for returning teams and $2,200 for new teams. Team fees cover your first 18 players.  For every player registered over the 18 player limit, there is a $30 registration fee.  All new teams will also have a $200 refundable team bond.  Referee fees are $75 per team per game and are to be paid directly to the referees before each game in exact change.  The referees are not responsible for breaking your money if you do not have exact change.

 
Player Registration

Player registration deadline:  August 21, 2017.  All players registered after this date are not guaranteed to be eligible for the first game.

All players must be added to your roster with a valid e-mail address. Using a duplicate e-mail will block the player from being added to your team. Each player must posses a valid and individual e-mail address (players on O30 and Regular Teams may use the same e-mail address for both teams.)

Players will sign in and complete e-waivers. All players must have a valid photo and DOB on the website before they will be verified and eligible to play.

All player photos must be of a high quality, in color, current, from the neck up. No backgrounds, filters or affects on photos will be accepted. No driver's license photos will be accepted. Players may not wear sunglasses, hats or any other item covering the face / hair in the photo.

 
2017-18 Fees

Regular and O30 Team fees:  $1,900 for returning teams and $2,100 for new teams.  This covers your first 18 players.  For every player registered over the 18 player limit, there is a $30 registration fee.

O40 Team fees:  $2,150. This covers your first 18 players.  For every player registered over the 18 player limit, there is a $30 registration fee.

Referee fees for all leagues:  $75 per game

Game Reports
Team Managers are required to print out an official game report and bring it to the field for check in. Players with the notation of "verified" are approved to play in the game. Players with the notation of "not verified" are not approved, and can not play in the game.

All Game reports will be e-mailed to jamiehfa@gmail.com no later than 9:00 AM on the Tuesday following the game. Teams with missing or late reports will have a $40.00 fine assessed.
